Brook Lopez had 29 points, including a bucket at the buzzer, as the worst team in the NBA beat the Pistons 98-96 in Brooklyn on Tuesday night.  The Nets picked up just their 14th win of the season, and second against Detroit this season.  Tobias Harris led the Pistons with 24, while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 19.  The loss knocked Detroit a game out of a playoff spot in the East with eleven games to play.  The Pistons have a huge game in Chicago on Wednesday.
