Wildlife App Takes Off in Michigan

A new app will assist Michiganders in conserving fish and wildlife by being able to report what they see in the field. The app is called ‘Eyes in the Field’ and it allows for a one-stop shop for citizens to share their observations. The app, which is available online, includes a number of reports including declaring diseased wildlife and tagging a variety of fish and animals. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources says the app replaces fifteen different forms previously used by the state.
