Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 package of mini pepperoni
- about 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup of butter
- ¼ olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°
In a small bowl, add butter, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
Remove the heal of all of the bread. Roll out all the bread with the rolling pin. Lightly baste the bread on each side with the butter mixture. Place the mozzarella and pepperoni , favored towards one side the bread, long ways. Fold the long ways top and bottoms sides over slightly to seal the edges, and then roll the end with cheese and pepperoni over like a burrito. Add pressure as you do so to mold the bread. The butter mixture should have made the bread more dough-ey and malleable. Keep adding pressing and molding until you have a pizza pocket or stick shape. Add more butter mixture with your marinade brush to aid in sealing your pocket shut. Repeat until you’ve used all the bread.
Place on your baking sheet, evenly. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the bread is toasty.
Serve!
