St. Clair County Community College’s Alumni of the year is educational leader and former broadcaster Kevin Miller. Miller is currently superintendent of St. Clair County RESA and is a graduate of SC-4’s communications program. Miller stated working at WPHM when he was sixteen, he took a radio job in Florida after graduation, and returned to WPHM years later to become program director. Miller then went to back to school at Wayne State to get a teaching degree. Miller was a teacher in the Marysville district, a building administrator in East China, and superintendent of Croswell-Lexington schools before coming to RESA in 2015.
