For the second time in three years the Port Huron Prowlers will play for the Commissioners Cup, after sweeping the defending champs from Danville out the playoffs in two games. Port Huron clinched their best-of-three semi-final with the Dashers on Saturday night with a 2-1 victory at McMorran Arena. Branden Parkhouse and Austin Daae scored first period goals, while Michael Santaguida made 35 saves to ensure the win. Port Huron has never lost a playoff series in their history and have won six straight post season games. The finals start at McMorran next Friday and Saturday for games one and two of a best-of-five against either Watertown or Carolina.
