The Insterstate Hockey League is coming to Port Huron. The new league named its seventh franchise on Wednesday according to the web site Bus League Hockey. Jim Feher will own the team, called the Grizzlies, and Eric Beauchamp will be the GM. The team will play most home games at McMorran Arena, but will use Glacier Pointe if their are conflicts with the FHL’s Port Huron Prowlers, who also use McMorran for home games.
