There will be lots of somber and serious services across the country Tuesday to mark the anniversary of the September 11th attacks of 2001. The city of Port Huron will mark the event with a memorial service at the International Flag Plaza, just north of the Blue Water Bridge, with Port Huron Police Captain Jeff Baker saying the public's welcome and encouraged to attend. The event will see remarks and statements from city officials and emergency service personnel from both the United States and Canada.
