Jeffrey Dahmer made his name in the early 90s as a terrifying serial-killer in Milwaukee, who not only  killed, but sometimes mutilated and cannibalized his victims.
A local group set up a tour that features the bars & clubs where Dahmer watched his potential victims. Horrible, if you ask me. I would NEVER do this tour! To make it worse, many of the families of the victims still live in the area and are obviously very opposed to making money off of such a gruesome event.
Maybe, just maybe, I could see Jeffrey Dahmer's home being included in a generic Milwaukee tour, but to feature the places where he planned his kills just seems insane to me.
