An East China Township man has been arraigned on one count of bank robbery from a 2012 incident. The St. Clair County Sheriff's office says Frank Rossi Jr. is the suspect from the 2012 Bank of America robbery that happened in East China Township, with Rossi charged with the crime after being identified by a Sheriff's Office Corrections Deputy. Sheriff Tim Dunnellon says a couple weeks ago Rossi was being transported to the county jail on a separate charge when a Deputy saw Rossi and believed him to be the same person shown in a surveillance photo as the suspect in the bank robbery. The information was turned over to a Detective, who continued investigations. A warrant was signed for Rossi's arrest and he was charged in the bank robbery. He's also facing charges in two separate incidents, as he's charged with forgery in a case in St. Clair County and unarmed robbery of a Meijer store in Chesterfield Township in Macomb County.
