An apparent altercation between a couple of neighbors early Saturday morning in Port Huron led to injuries related to a box cutter which was used against a 30-year-old victim and then self inflicted by the 35-year-old suspect.  He was arraigned Sunday in Saint Clair County District Court.  Port Huron Police were kept busy since both had left the original scene of the crime in the 28-hundred block of 15th avenue.  The suspect was apprehended in the fog a block away while the victim took refuge at his home a couple of floors above where the bloody incident happened.  Officials say the 30-year-old played dead until the suspect left. Investigations continue.
