Big time celebs make multi-millions a year. Sure they spend a lot on things you and I would neverdream of, BUT why are they stiffing servers on their tips? Tiger Woods comes in as the cheapest tipper with the excuse that he "never carries cash". I'm no rocket scientist, but it's pretty clear on a credit card receipt where you write in the tip amount. Other celebs made the list for tipping $10 on their $500-$800 bills. If you can't afford a tip... you can't afford to eat at a restaurant!!
