Two meetings set for Port Huron City Council this week. The seven member board holds a regular session tonight. The relatively short agenda includes an annual report on the marinas, a D.D.A. approved plan for a special taxing district for renovations at Ben’s, and the annexing into the city of a small strip of Port Huron Township land. That would be for the planned Water Street Marina development project. Tonight’s meeting gets underway at 7:00 pm. Meanwhile on Thursday of this week the council gets together with the McMorran Authority for a 6:30 p.m. Special Meeting on future plans for the entertainment facility.
