The Jackson family lost that court battle with AEG Live this week, but they might not be done looking for vindication in Michael's untimely death. An attorney for the family says they're considering their next move. Legal eagle Kevin Boyle says, "We were able to provoke some things that are important for the Jacksons and for the concert industry and the sports industry. We are, of course, not happy with the verdict as it stands." He adds that family members plan to "explore all options." The Jacksons wanted AEG to pay his three children $85 million each and his mother at least $35 million.
One of Charlie Sheen's former goddesses is making a comeback. Ex-wife Brooke Mueller has been reportedly released from rehab. Brooke, who's sought treatment more than 20 times for various substance abuses, had been in rehab since May after overdosing on crystal meth and getting placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold. As a result, she lost custody of her twin boys, who were placed with Charlie's second wife, Denise Richards. Brooke will now have monitored visitation three days per week with four-year-olds Max and Bob beginning as soon as next week.
Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria is nursing a twisted ankle after injuring herself while running from members of the paparazzi. The yoga teacher and new mum was working out on the streets of New York yesterday when she started being followed by two snappers on wheels. Taking to her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Went out for a run today... Chased by 2 paps on bikes. One got close to me. Twisted my ankle." It is not yet known if the 29 year old is seeking to press charges against the photographers, but she was spotted chatting to cops shortly afterwards.
Miley Cyrus has revealed that she originally wanted her MTV Video Music Awards performance to be even racier than it was. "Miley The Movement" debuted on Wednesday night, and in the special, which chronicled the months leading up to her VMAs performance, she told Britney Spears about her original plans. Britney asked, "You're not going to be topless onstage, are you?" Miley replies, "I tried but I don't think MTV's going to allow it." The two were filmed meeting for the first time prior to recording a new track for Miley's new album.
