Forget twerking -- wait till you hear what Miley Cyrus did at MTV's Europe Music Awards. In another desperate bid to gain attention, Miley smoked a joint during the live telecast last night while accepting the award for Best Video. The show was held in Amsterdam, so she probably won't get in trouble. Yesterday, Charlie tweeted the producer, writing, "Hey Chuck. I have an idea that u need to hear after I make amends to you and yours. which I will do in person. xox."  Accompanying the tweet was a photo of the 2007 People’s Choice Award for favorite comedy that Charlie and Chuck won together.       Justin Bieber was kicked out of his hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina over the weekend after his fans got too rowdy. According to TMZ, fans tore down the barricades police set up outside the Faena Hotel and destroyed hotel property all week long while camping outside. They finally had enough and asked Justin to leave. He did, but then the Bieb was said to be having trouble trouble finding accommodations, as none of the surrounding hotels wanted him either.       Tom Cruise is accusing Katie Holmes of working directly with the tabloids to drag his name through the mud. TMZ has gotten its hands on a series of E-mails his rep sent to his lawyers. Some of the juicy accusations: Katie's publicist and makeup people feed information to the tabloids. Katie's publicist calls the paparazzi whenever Katie and Suri are about to leave their apartment so it looks like Suri spends a lot more time with her mother than with her father. The E-mails are part of the lawsuit, in which Tom is seeking $50 million from the publishers of Life and Style for running stories saying he abandoned Suri after the divorce.
