Entertainment News For Monday!

Police have been called in after more than $3,000 (£1,810) worth of luxury lingerie disappeared from a photo shoot starring Madonna last month in New York City. She was shooting a spread in Vogue magazine, donning a number of expensive undergarments which were borrowed specifically for the project. New York-based lingerie designer Deborah Marquit says, "I am at a loss and wish the pieces would be found. I am sure there is no one from the shoot that was involved, since nothing like this has ever happened before... Maybe whoever found them will return them." The website's editors state the incident has been reported to the police.

Craig Ferguson might be sending David Letterman a big retirement gift, because whether he replaces Letterman as the Late Show host or not, he’s getting paid. Ferguson was sly enough to add a clause in his contract that promises him a pay-out if he doesn’t get the Late Night job when Letterman retires.  The number ranges anywhere from $8 million to $12 million. If the rumors are true, CBS is gunning to get a star from outside the network to replace Letterman. Right now, hot names include Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert and Neil Patrick Harris, with Colbert being the network’s #1 target.

Demi Lovato is fighting controversy again after alleged nude photos have leaked to the Internet. A series of pictures have been made available featuring Lovato in bed. There are also photos of on-and-off boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama in the set, featuring the two cuddling up but completely covered. A few of the photos are from the "collection" leaked last year, which was being sold by an anonymous seller who claimed Demi was bisexual. Those photos were never confirmed to be her. Lovato appeared to respond to the controversy with a recent post on Twitter: "I am strong. I am a fighter. So do not underestimate me."
