Entertainment News For Tuesday!

When it was noticed that Jessica Biel wasn't by hubby Justin Timberlake's side at Sunday's American Music Awards in L.A., the World Wide Web started talking. One fan tweeted, "Is it just me or is Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake never out together anymore?" During the show, Jessica headed to Twitter to let the gossip mongers know everything's OK between her and Justin and that they should simmer down. "I'm watching from home tonight," she wrote. "Calm down, Internet."

Taye Diggs has taken to Twitter to deny making disrespectful comments toward black women after a gossip site reported that TMZ had stopped him outside of a bar and the "stumbling" actor said, "Let’s just say it's not a stereotype that black women are less submissive and harder to deal with. Being around all them black women made me really miss my wife." But Diggs says the whole story is bogus. He writes, "Regarding the preposterous quote about black women: It is false. I have not and would never say such a thing. Ever. Period."

P!nk and her husband Cary Hart are facing allegations of assault and battery following a bust-up with a photographer in June. Boris Issaei is suing them after they reportedly lashed out at him as he tried to take pictures of Pink changing their daughter's diaper in a public playground. During the encounter, Hart is accused of snapping at the paparazzo, while the singer is said to have blasted him for "photographing my baby naked." Issaei is demanding unspecified damages for the pain and suffering he was reportedly subjected to and to cover the costs of his equipment.

Kathy Griffin has been inducted to the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most televised stand-up comedy specials.  The outspoken comedienne is officially in the record books, thanks to her 20th TV special, which will air in December. Griffin was awarded the honour during her comedy show in Texas, where she was handed a plaque which gives her the accolade of the Most Stand-Up Specials by a Comedian. Griffin already has two Emmys to her name for her reality TV show, My Life on the D-List, and has also been nominated five times for Best Comedy Album at the Grammys.
