Entertainment News For Tuesday!

Miley Cyrus has no problem being called a lesbian, but she really hates it when you call her ugly. The singer tweeted out against her haters on Saturday, writing, "I get called an ugly lesbian a lot more than one would think. Or maybe not. Can u atleast call me an interesting lesbian. I hate the U word." Miley, who is reportedly dating The Legend of Hercules star Kellan Lutz, told the Toronto Sun back in July that she considers being called a lesbian a complement, and she attributes the assumptions to her short hair.

Kanye West is at the centre of a police investigation over allegations he assaulted a man who threatened his fiancee Kim Kardashian. Witnesses say that an unnamed man began hurling racist abuse at Kardashian as she made her way to meet West at a medical building, prompting the rapper to allegedly lash out. Officers are now investigating claims of assault against West. To make matters worse, Kim is reportedly now "traumatized" by the racist names the man called her.

Family Guy creator Seth Macfarlane was stunned by fans' outrage after one of the cartoon's main characters was killed off. During an episode of the show, the Griffin family's pet pooch Brian died after being hit by a car. Angry viewers took to the web to slam the decision, launching a petition for MacFarlane to resurrect the cartoon canine. He admits, "We were all very surprised - in a good way - that people still cared about about that character to be that angry. It didn't occur to us. We thought it would maybe create a little bit of a stir, but the rage was not something we counted on."

Lady Gaga's latest album Artpop will be released in China, three years after her tracks were banned in the country. In 2011, China's Ministry of Culture officials branded Gaga's songs vulgar, placing most of her Born This Way album on a pop blacklist alongside the likes of Katy Perry and the Backstreet Boys. However on Monday, Gaga took to Twitter.com to announce that her most recent effort, which features the songs Applause and Do What U Want featuring R. Kelly, will be made available for her Chinese fans. Gaga embarks on her artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball Tour in May 14th.
