It's one of the mainstays of summer, that's the 48th annual Bay-Rama Fishfly Festival going on through Sunday in New Baltimore.  Lisa Edwards at the Anchor Bay Chamber of Commerce says there'll be wide range of events and activities for the whole family like Roscoe the Clown, kids games, a Hula Hoop contest as well as a pie eating event.  The festival is along Washington Street from the waterfront to Green Street in downtown New Baltimore.  For a complete list of events and times, visit www.bay-rama.com.
