Falcons Fall In OT

Resting their top five players, the Port Huron Fighting Falcons lost 2-1 in overtime on Wednesday night to the Michigan Warriors at Perani Arena in Flint.  Alex Blankenburg made 48 saves for the Falcons, who held a 1-0 lead with under four minutes to play in the game before surrendering a game tying power play goal to Zach Zajner.  Colin Larkin scored the OT winner for the Warriors.  The Falcons lone goal was scored by Garrett Hallford, who was playing in his first game of the season.  The two teams rematch at McMorran Arena on Friday night.
