Alicia Silverstone is attracting a lot of attention with a recent video of her feeding her son Bear Blu. She is shown pre-chewing food then dropping it into her 11-month-old's mouth, much like a mama bird feeds her babies.
A little confusing? Yes. A little cute? Sure. Medically questionable? Yes. Doctors say infections and bacteria can be transferred from mom to baby that their young immune systems are not yet prepared to handle.
