The NJCAA Division II National Golf Tournament is going on in Plymouth, Indiana this week.  Mitchell Fernandez of St. Clair County Community College moved up from 100th to 84th on Wednesday in the 128 player field with a second round score of 77, four shots better than his opening round.  Fernandez's two day total is 158, which is 14 over par and 17 shots behind the tournament leader Ryan Mulvany of Tyler, Texas who is at -3.  Third round action for Fernandez begins at 8:30 Thursday morning.
