Round three of the NJCAA Division II National Golf Tournament was the best so far for Mitchell Fernandez of St. Clair County Community College.  He fired a 75 to give him a three day total of 233, which puts him at 17 over par.  He moved up from 84th to tied for 45th at the event, which features 128 golfers.  Final round play is set for Friday in Plymouth, Indiana.
