Gasoline prices are back up again in Michigan by just over 11-cents a gallon.  That's the result of the latest weekly survey from AAA Michigan which pegs a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline at $3.73 a gallon.  The Lansing in Flint areas had the cheapest gas in the latest survey at just over $3.68.  World oil markets are reportedly up again as we start another week although nationwide sees gasoline prices lower than last.
