Canadian and American cousins Wiraton Willie and Punxsutawney Phil agreed on one thing Sunday….six more weeks of winter. That was the Groundhog Day prediction and sure enough another band of snow is headed our way mid week. The National Weather Service predicts one-to-three inches of snow tomorrow night with another couple of inches possible Wednesday. Portions of Indiana and Ohio see Winter Storm Watches as the latest round of wet weather takes aim. Friday marked the end of the month of January which local forecasters say was the snowiest on recording Detroit and Flint with over 30-inches recorded. It was also the coldest in Detroit since 1977 according to the National Weather Service.
