This Valentine’s Day, Orlando Bloom popped the question to his on-again girlfriend, Katy Perry, and got the answer he was hoping for.
The couple had originally began dating in the public eye in 2016. They ended up splitting ways about 10 months. After some changes on both ends, they got back together at the beginning of 2018.
Both Perry and Bloom posted a photo to their Instagram accounts alluding to the engagement.
The photo is close to their faces, with a beautiful Valentine’s inspired balloon backdrop. Perry has a teared-twinkle in her eye with her hand partially over her face, showcasing an unconventional engagement ring. What better kind of ring for the unique, Katy Perry?
Bloom’s caption read, “Lifetimes,” and Perry’s, “full bloom.”
This will be a second marriage for both of them. Perry was married in 2010 to Russell Brandt for two years in a highly publicized relationship. Bloom was also married in 2010 for three years to model, Miranda Kerr. They share a child, Flynn, who is eight years old.
