LOCAL BREAK-IN SENTENCES HANDED DOWN

A Fort Gratiot Township man who pled guilty to a series of home invasions from earlier this year was sentenced Wednesday to spend 22-years to up to 40-years behind bars.  50-year old Bryan Thibodeau was charged with several counts of home invasion and last month saw him pleading guilty in St. Clair County Circuit Court.  Officials say he and his wife Lisa are the couple that broke into dozens of homes earlier this year in the North end of Port Huron, as well as Fort Gratiot, Clyde, Burtchville, and Kimball Townships.  Meanwhile, 42-year old Lisa Thibodeau was charged with conducting criminal enterprises and home invasion first and second degrees and was also sentenced yesterday to between 5-to-10 years in jail by St. Clair County Circuit Court  Judge James Adair.
