Rajai Davis led off the sixth inning with a solo home run and the Tigers beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 1-0 on Wednesday for their second straight shutout win and fourth in nine games this season.  The Tigers (8-1) got eight innings from Alfredo Simon, who allowed just two hits, and a perfect ninth inning from closer Joakim Soria who earned his fourth save.  The Tigers are home to face the

LeBron James had 21 points, ten rbounds, and 11 assists for his 39th career triple-double, leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 109-97 win over the Pistons on Monday night.  JR Smith made eight three pointers and finished with 28 for the Cavs.  Andre Drummond had 20, Caron Butler 19, and Reggie Jackson 18 for the Pistons.  Detroit closes out the season on Wednesday at New York.
