Gas prices decreased, AAA Michigan reports. Michigan’s current statewide average is $3.49 per gallon, down about 12 cents from last week and about 6 cents less than this same time last year. Port Huron Police say a vehicle chase, Thursday nigh, has landed a 28-year-old man in jail. The incident began about 10:00 p.m., as patrol cars were told to be on the lookout for a pickup truck traveling along Military Street.
