When it comes to using Middle Eastern spices it is not always easy....either to find...or to use. Here in the Port Huron area Nada Dionne has found a solution to the problem thanks to a mixture of spices she has created. They have become very popular and a ribbon cutting ceremony for the business was held Tuesday at the Chamber of Commere offices in Port Huron where several of the creations were sampled. Her website www.nadaproblem.com features the spices and various reciepies that go along with them. She borrowed her name for the name of the business: Nada Problem Family of Spices which combined her passion for cooking and her Middle Eastern Heritage.
