The Port Huron Police Department is investigating a homicide Friday morning along the 3100 block of Electric.  The shooting victim was a 23-year old Port Huron resident and he was shot after a disagreement with a couple of other individuals.  Police say they're looking for two persons of interest, Cidney Bowdean Ingram, who's a 33-year old black male from Detroit, and John Seaborn Little, who's a 28-year old Detroit man.  Anyone with information is urged to call the CAPTURE hotline at 987-6688.
