The warmth of the sun is about to end....at least for now. The National Weather Service says most days this week will see below normal temperatures...only in the low to mid 60's...that after a more summer like start to the week in the upper 70's. Summer ends Saturday and for the season it has indeed been hot....tied for the highest in Detroit (nearly 75 for the average high) at the end of last month and one of the hottest in the Flint and Saginaw areas. The calendar year 2012 also marching into the record books at near record levels too.
