Tigers Deal For Infielder

The Detroit Tigers acquired short stop Alex Gonzalez from the Baltimore Orioles on Modnay for utility player Steve Lombardozzi.  Gonzalez is 37 and coming off two injury plagued seasons, but has 15 years of Big League experience, mostly with the Florida Marlins, where he was an all-star in 1999 and a team mate of Miguel Cabrera's.
