Austin Jackson hit a two run home run and added an RBI single as the Detroit Tigers topped the Chicago Cubs 5-3 on Thursday afternoon.  Ryan Raburn returned from Toledo with two hits, including an RBI double.  Prince Fielder also doubled in a run.  Justin Verlander had eight strike outs in eight innings to pick up the win.  Jose Valverde pitched the ninth for a save.  The Tigers too two out of three in the series and head home to open a three game series with Colorado on Friday night.
