Dougie Hamilton scored the overtime winner, giving the Boston Bruins a 3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday night at the Joe.  The Wings blew a 2-0 lead in the game and now trail the best-of-seven series 3-1.  Pavel Datsyuk and Niklas Kronwall each had a goal and an assist for Detroit.  Game five is in Boston on Saturday afternoon.
Miguel Cabrera drove in three runs as the Detroit Tigers beat the Chicago White Sox 7-4 on Thursday to earn a split in a four game series.  Rajai Davis added three hits, incuding a home run, and knocked in two runs.  Max Scherzer struck out ten to pick up the win.  The Tigers play in Minnesota on Friday night.
Drew Smyly left after six innings with a 4-2 lead, but Evan Reed loaded up the bases in the seventh inning and Ian Krol served up a grand slam to Marcus Semien, as the Chicago White Sox beat the Tigers 6-4 on Wednesday night.  Austin Jackson had a two run homer for the Tigers and JD Martinez added a two run single.  The final game of a four game series is set for Thursday afternoon at
