SIGNS BEING REPLACED ALONG MAJOR ROADWAYS

....and the sign said.....well that is part of the problem....some of the local road signs just don't say anything anymore because the words are worn off.  With that and safety in mind the Michigan Department of Transportation has launched a huge replacement project that will see some 36-hundred road signs replaced in Saint Clair County.  MDOT spokesman Rob Morosi says the freeways get the bulk of the work. Many will see changes from metal to wooden posts. Total cost for the project is pegged at about 400-thousand dollars.
