A pair of tragic events to report in Police news....first off a drowning yesterday afternoon at Lakeside beach where a 30-year-old from Detroit and three others were swimming.  Authorities say the group apparently got out to far and the current started to take them away....three made it back to shore where they called 911.  The man who didn't make it was later found down at Lighthouse beach.  He was pronounced dead at a local hospital shortly after the 3 p.m. incident.  Meanwhile early this morning a one-car accident along Frith Road in Columbus Township left one dead.  Saint Clair County Sheriff Deputies
