Mayor Pro Tem and long standing Marysville City Council member Joseph Johns is celebrating his 90th birthday this month, and the council will be helping him to mark the occasion.  The session on the 25th will also serve as a birthday party for Johns, who's spent over six decades serving his local community.  City Manager Jason Hami says that sort of record and dedication should also inspire younger people. Johns has served as Marysville Mayor for 12 non-consecutive years and also as a council member in alternating intervals.  Mayor Gary Orr will act as Master of Ceremonies for the birthday celebration at the council meeting.
