     Justin Bieber has debuted his new tattoos. He has been building on his collection of body art since he was just 16-years-old and has now revealed the latest two additions on his Instagram account. Justin posted a picture of himself last night with his arm across his face, showing off his newest tattoo, which features a compass design on his tricep, with the caption "New tat" accompanying the image. He then posted a second picture, just four hours later, of a court jester style face on his forearm in thick black ink with the words "Colored it in" alongside.

      John Mayer has hired Lady Gaga's former employee, Troy Carter, as his new manager. He split from his manager Michael McDonald in December after 13 years together, and now he is teaming up with Carter, who left Gaga's team in November. A source tells Rolling Stone that the pair has known each other for years, and his hiring marks the first time Carter, who primarily has managed pop and hip-hop artists, will work with a major rock musician. There has been much speculation around Carter's split from Gaga, with rumours that the the two parted ways over "creative differences."

      Tori Spelling is distraught that her long-time dog walker Claudia is reportedly planning to take her dog to a shelter to have it euthanized  today because she didn't get paid for taking care of it this month. Claudia claimed she didn't get paid this month and unsuccessfully tried to get in touch with Tori, her husband Dean McDermott and their accountant, before threatening to have the dog put down. Tori went "crazy" when she heard about the situation and texted Claudia to arrange to get her dog back but the dog walker refused to get in touch with the actress and said she would not give the dog back.

      Troubled actor Shia LaBeouf has paid $25,000 for another skywriting stunt to send a message to his critics. He announced on Friday that he plans to retire from Hollywood amid a plagiarism scandal. In the wake of the allegations, he posted a series of remorseful messages on Twitter and hired a pilot to spell out an apology in the skies over Los Angeles. And just hours before his retirement announcement on Friday, the actor once again paid skywriters to send out a new message 'Stop creating' in huge letters above L.A.
