Entertainment News For Tuesday!

Late night talk-show host Craig Ferguson has announced that he'll be following David Letterman's lead and departing CBS at the end of the year. Ferguson made the announcement while taping his show on Monday and later said in a statement, "CBS and I are not getting divorced, we are 'consciously uncoupling', but we will still spend holidays together and share custody of the fake horse and robot skeleton, both of whom we love very much." The joke referenced the recent split of actress Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin of Coldplay.

Rihanna is being sued for allegedly making defamatory comments about her former bodyguard. She has been hit with a lawsuit from Geoffrey Keating, from Dublin, who claims the popstar made "nauseatingly offensive" and false statements about him in an email sent to him and his wife last July. He also claims the star used the same defamatory allegations via a telephone call to his sister. Mr Keating, who worked for Rihanna on her 'Diamonds' tour, claims the comments have tarnished his reputation and damaged the future of his business. The former bodyguard is seeking damages against her and he also wants her to publish a correction of the alleged defamation.

Miley Cyrus is feeling "much better" following her severe allergic reaction. She was hospitalized earlier this month after her body rejected Cephalexin, an antibiotic prescribed for the flu, but she insists she's on the road to recovery and she can't wait to resume her tour. Miley, who was forced to reschedule her US tour dates earlier this month, is looking forward to taking to the stage in Europe next month, but admits her allergic reaction can still flare up over the next 27 days, adding, "I should be all good ... the reaction can happen for 5-27 days ... so it can come back within those 27 days but I've been very good."
