Justin Bieber's legal woes continue to mount - a photographer has sued the singer for allegedly instructing his bodyguard to lock him in a fast food restaurant on the night the pop star was busted for a DUI. Manuel Munoz claims Dwayne Patterson detained him in a Subway restaurant and injured him after he had taken shots of Bieber leaving a nightclub in Miami Beach in January. According to his lawsuit, Munoz claims the bodyguard chased him into the diner, locked the restaurant door and cornered him in the bathroom, demanding that he delete the photos. The snapper alleges Patterson tried to forcibly remove the memory card, damaging the camera, and then kicked and punched him. He is now suing Bieber and the bodyguard for unspecified damages.

Rihanna is at the center of a new controversy after allegedly "bullying" a teen on Twitter. Alexis Carter, a 16-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, decided to make her own prom dress based on the green jumpsuit that Rihanna wore to the 2010 Echo Awards in Germany, and a photo of Alexis in her dress has now gone viral and left the teen feeling cyber-bullied. Though the dress was a hit at prom, and the photo went viral, Rihanna didn't agree. She Tweeted side-by-side images of her and Alexa in the outfit with a sad face caption. The word "IG" appeared under RiRi's photo, while "Real Life" was overlaid under Alexis's photo. She also added a second photo of Alexis next to the logo for the Wu Tang Clan, drawing a parallel between the two. Alexis fired back, "She don't love her fans like she says she does."
