Police are on the lookout for "The Tickler" who has been breaking into the homes of Boston College students to watch them sleep or tickle their feet. Boston police have confirmed at least 10 sightings of the tickler, three of which occurred on the night of April 7th. Student Teddy Raddell awoke to the sound of someone fleeing from his home early on a Sunday morning. "I thought my roommate had fallen down the steps," Raddell said, "but then he started yelling. I got up and he said that he had woken up to someone touching his feet." Despite all of the sightings, no photos or video of the alleged Tickler exist. A police rep said, "If we had something to go on, "we would. We advises students to be vigilant and lock their doors because it is unknown "what this guy is going to do or if he has a weapon."

A Tennessee man has been charged with armed robbery and resisting arrest without violence after he allegedly used a stick to stick up a Bank. Andrew Murray reportedly entered the bank while wearing a mask and carrying an object wrapped in a black plastic bag. He then yelled, "Nobody is going to get hurt if you give me $50,000 from the vault."  According to witnesses, the object in the bag was a stick. Murray took off with an undisclosed amount of cash and ran into a neighborhood. Police eventually located the 33-year-old and took him into custody after using a Taser to subdue him. Murray had $124 in cash on him when he was arrested and police were able to recover a mask, gloves and a pair of boots nearby.

A Georgia man who allegedly had too much to drink and then started shooting at a rodeo was taken out of action by a cowboy's lasso. Celestino Moras wounded three people after he allegedly shot into a crowd with a pistol at an annual church picnic and rodeo. The incident began after Moras, who was not invited to the event and showed up intoxicated, was asked to leave. Moras became agitated and started firing, causing as many as 300 people to run off. After Moras ran out of bullets, a cowboy lassoed him and others guests beat on him until law enforcement officials arrived. Four people were treated for minor injuries after the incident. Moras was charged and is also being investigated for a possible immigration violation.
