ONE KILLED IN THE SECOND BIKE MISHAP IN A MONTH

A pair of bad traffic accidents reported Tuesday night in Saint Clair County.  Deputies say a 41-year-old Port Huron Township male was killed when the bike he was riding was struck by a passenger car, at about 10:00 p.m., Tuesday night.  The accident was near West Water and Michigan where a similar accident happened on Memorial Day.  The driver of the car in this case, from Novi, was arrested as alcohol may have been involved in the mishap.  Also Tuesday night, a single motorcycle accident happened, along Westbound I-69 in Emmett Township, sending a rider from Almont to a Detroit area hospital. The incident happened, at about 11:18 p.m., near Kinney Road. Both accidents remain under investigation.
