The St. Clair County International Airport will be the scene, Thursday night, for a regular session for the county Board of Commissioners. Administrator, Bill Kauffman, says one addition to the airport site has been the former Blue Water Area Convention and Visitors Bureau structure, with plans to use the building for meeting space and other functions. Preparations to move it to the new site began last year. It had been located near the Blue Water Bridge. Agenda items for Thursday night include updating the county retirement policy regarding the county's retirement ordinance and going to a closed session for various union contract extensions. The board session starts at 6:00 p.m.
