Port Huron Police say they have arrested a 29-year-old woman in a solicitation for murder case. The woman, from the three-thousand block of 24th, unknowingly met twice with an undercover officer in trying to arrange for the death of her ex-boyfriend for 2-thousand dollars. The meetings happened last week according to Port Huron Police Chief Michael Reaves. Christiana Faye Platt was arraigned on a Homicide - Solicitation of Murder charge and faces a preliminary examination August 19th in front of Judge Cynthia Platzer. Investigations into the case are continuing. Platt remains lodged in the St. Clair County Jail.
