The Detroit Tigers came back from an early four run deficit on Tuesday night in Tampa Bay and eventually beat the Rays 8-6 in eleven innings. Detroit used ten walks in the game, including four in a three run 11th inning to win the game. Ian Kinsler had a double and a triple and JD Martinez hit a home run. The Tigers remain two games behind Kansas City in the division and tied with Seattle in the wild card race. Game two of a three game series in Tampa Bay is set for Wednesday night.
