The Saint Clair County Sheriff Department reports that three people were arrested on Saturday morning around 1:00am, after shots were fired in the parking lot of the Angry Bull Restaurant on Lapeer Road. When deputies arrived on the scene witnesses told them that the vehicle, a Dodge Charger, had headed eastbound on Lapeer Road. A "Be On the Lookout" was broadcast for the vehicle, which was stopped a short time later by officers of the Port Huron Police Department, in the area of 24th and Nern Street. Three men and two women were located in the car. A search of the vehicle revealed three handguns as well as narcotics. All five were taken into custody. The two women, a 34 year-old from Port Huron and an 18 year-old from St. Clair Shores were eventually released. The three men, 25 year-old Ronald Kandell of Port Huron, 25 year-old Rolando Johnson of Mt. Clemens and 26 year-old Robert Robinson of Roseville were taken to the St. Clair County Jail. The three face charges including discharging a firearm from a vehicle, and carrying a concealed weapon. Robinson, who is also being held on parole violation, is being charged as third time habitual offender. All three are scheduled to be back in court on November 24th.
