The warm weather may have been put off a bit by a cold snap, but people still have boating on the mind. The annual Bell’s Beer Bayview Mackinac Race is 3 months away, and already 144 boats have signed up for the competition. Kyle Burleson, Chairman of the race, says there will be a few changes this year with new rules for boats racing in division one making them sail under the offshore racing rule that will be better for the bigger faster boats.
