The San Jose Sharks scored more than four goals in a game for the first time this season, crushing Detroit 6-3 on Saturday night. Andreas Athanasiou and Thomas Vanek each had a goal and an assist for the Wings, while Franz Nielsen dished out two assists. Anthony Mantha also scored a goal for the Wings, who play in Chicago on Tuesday.
