The Marysville girl’s basketball team raced out to a 20-0 lead in the first quarter on Tuesday, and coasted to a 48-22 win over Lake Shore. 13 different Vikings scored, led by Mya Rhodes with nine points. In the boy’s contest, the Vikings held off a third quarter charge by Clintondale, and beat the Dragons 53-40. Ross Hinkley scored 19 for Marysville, while Clintondale got 20 from Richard Washington, who scored 18 in the third.
