You can now use debit and credit cards when crossing the Blue Water Bridge Between Michigan and Ontario. The Michigan Department of Transportation as of April 1st is accepting cards at the toll booths on the eastbound span of the bridge. Those paying in Canadian dollars will also pay slightly less when entering Canada, as fares have been reduced by 25 cents CAD based on exchange rate calculations. Crossing the Blue Water Bridge in a passenger vehicle will cost $3.75 in Canadian currency or $3 in US dollars.
